This time, I’ll be showing you how to make apple pie. The apple filling can be easily made in the microwave! This is an apple pie recipe that can be easily made using frozen pie dough. Just microwave, layer, and bake! A delicious apple pie with a crispy outside and plenty of apples! You can enjoy delicious sweets at home. This is the perfect apple recipe for a snack! ■材料（6個分）
・りんご 1個（350g）
・冷凍パイシート 4枚
・グラニュー糖 大さじ2.5
・無塩バター 10g
・レモン汁 大さじ1/2
・シナモンパウダー お好み
・卵黄 1個
・水 小さじ1
■作り方
1.りんごを4等分に切り皮を剥き、1cm幅でスライスする。
2.耐熱ボウルに入れ、グラニュー糖、レモン汁、バターを入れて混ぜ。レンジ600Wで3分加熱する。
3.取り出しよく混ぜ、再度レンジ600Wで5分加熱する。
4.水分が多い場合はプラス1分加熱しシナモンパウダーを加えて混ぜ、冷ます。
5.卵黄と水を混ぜる。
6.冷凍パイシートを3等分に切り、半分に切り込みを入れる。
7.土台の方にりんごフィリングをのせ、縁に卵液を塗り、切り込みを入れたパイシートを重ね縁をフォークで押さえつける。
8.天板にクッキングシートを敷きアップルパイをのせ、卵液を塗り、200度に予熱したオーブンで20〜25分焼き完成。
■ingredients
・1 Apple
・4 sheets Frozen pie dough
・2.5 tbsp Granulated sugar
・10g Unsalted butter
・1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
・Cinnamon powder
・1 Egg yolk
・1 tsp Water
■Instructions
1. Cut the apples into quarters, peel them, and slice them into 1cm wide pieces.
2. Place in a heat-resistant bowl and mix with the granulated sugar, lemon juice, and butter. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and mix well, then microwave again at 600W for 5 minutes.
4. If the mixture is too wet, heat for an additional minute, then add cinnamon powder, mix, and let cool.
5. Mix the egg yolks and water.
6. Cut the frozen pie dough into thirds and make slits in each half.
7. Place the apple filling on the base, brush the edges with egg wash, then top with the slit pie dough and press the edges down with a fork.
8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the apple pie on top, brush with egg wash, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
