材料 18cmパウンド型
■マーブルパウンドケーキ生地
無塩バター 100g
グラニュー糖 120g
卵 2個
薄力粉 70g
アーモンドパウダー 30g
ココアパウダー 10g
生クリーム 50ml
作り方
1.卵2個を割りしっかりと溶きます。
2.常温にもどしておいた無縁バターをクリーム状に練り、グラニュー糖120gを入れよく混ぜます。
3.溶いておいた卵を3〜4回に分け入れ、そのつどよく混ぜます。
4.薄力粉70g、アーモンドパウダー30gを振るい入れ、ヘラでさっくりと混ぜます。
5.生クリーム50ml、ココアパウダー10gを混ぜ合わせます。
6.パウンド生地を半分に分け、5.と混ぜ合わせます。
7.プレーン生地にココア生地を入れ、3回だけ混ぜます。
(混ぜすぎないように注意してください)
8.型に生地を入れます。
9.170°Cに予熱したオーブンで50分焼きます。
10.焼けたら粗熱を取り、お好みのサイズにカットします。
完成！

Material 18 cm pound type
■ Marble pound cake dough
100g unsalted butter
Granulated sugar 120g
2 eggs
Soft flour 70g
30 g almond powder
Cocoa powder 10g
50 ml fresh cream
How to make
1. Break two eggs and melt them well.
2. Knead the unsweetened butter that had been returned to room temperature into a cream, add 120 g of granulated sugar, and mix well.
3. Divide the melted eggs into 3 to 4 portions, mixing well each time.
4. Sift 70g of soft flour and 30g of almond powder and mix with a spatula.
5. Mix 50 ml of fresh cream and 10 g of cocoa powder.
6. Divide the dough into halves and mix with 5.
7. Add cocoa dough to plain dough and mix only 3 times.
(Be careful not to mix too much)
8. Put the dough into the mold.
Bake for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 9.170°C.
10. When it burns, take the rough heat and cut it to the desired size.
