Today I’ll be showing you how to make “Gâteau au Chocolat.” It’s a simple chocolate dessert that requires only four ingredients and is ready in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Since it only requires mixing, it’s hard to go wrong, and another great thing about it is that you can make it whenever you feel like it. It’s also recommended for Valentine’s Day or as a small gift, so be sure to give it a try!

■材料（590mlタッパー1個分）
・チョコレート 100g
・卵 2個
・無塩バター 40g
・ホットケーキミックス 大さじ2
■作り方
1.バターを小さく切る。
2.卵を溶きほぐす。
3.チョコを砕いてボウルに入れバターを加えレンジ600wで1分半加熱し溶かす。
4.卵を加えて混ぜ、ホットケーキミックスを加えて混ぜる。
5.タッパーに流し込みレンジ600wで2分半加熱する。
6.しっかり冷ます。
7.冷めたら取り出しお好みでトッピングして完成。
■ingredients
・100g Chocolate
・2 Eggs
・40g Unsalted butter
・2 tbsp Pancake mix
■Instructions
1. Cut the butter into small pieces.
2. Beat the eggs.
3. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl. Add the butter and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes to melt.
4. Add the eggs and mix, then add the pancake mix and mix.
5. Pour into a Tupperware container and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes.
6. Allow to cool completely.
7. Once cooled, remove from the heat and top with your desired toppings to finish.
