今回はモンブランの作り方です🌰
百均の甘栗を使用した、ミキサーなしで作れる
超簡単モンブラン。

なめらか食感にふわっと栗が香る
本格モンブランに仕上げました☕️

［レシピ］

材料　　4個分
■マロンクリーム
甘栗200g
砂糖50g
生クリーム100ml
■クリーム
生クリーム100ml
砂糖10g
クッキー

作り方
マロンクリーム

1.甘栗200gを500wの電子レンジで2分加熱します。

2.温めた甘栗をホークなどで潰します。

3.潰した甘栗を濾してなめらかにします。

4.濾した甘栗に砂糖50g、生クリーム100mlを入れて混ぜ合わせます。

5.金具をつけた絞り袋にマロンクリームを入れておきます。

6.生クリーム100mlに砂糖10gを入れて泡だてます。

7.クリームを絞り袋にいれます。

8.クッキーにクリームを絞り、マロンクリームをお好みのデザインに絞ります。

Sweet chestnut 200g
50g sugar
Fresh cream 100ml
■ Cream
Fresh cream 100ml
10g sugar

How to make
Maron cream

1. Heat 200g of sweet chestnut in a 500w microwave for 2 minutes.

2. Crush the warmed sweet chestnuts with a hawk.

3. Strain the crushed sweet chestnuts to make them smooth.

4. Add 50g of sugar and 100ml of fresh cream to the strained sweet chestnut and mix.

5. Put the marron cream in the piping bag with the metal fittings.

6. Add 10g of sugar to 100ml of fresh cream and whisk.

7. Put the cream in a piping bag.

8. Squeeze the cream into the cookies and squeeze the marron cream to your liking.
