Ingredients
2 cups drained ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
Bake 350F for 1 hr or until toothpick comes out clean
Refrigerate overnight before serving
Sprinkle with powdered sugar for extra decoration.
