・牛乳 250ml
・生クリーム 50ml
・レモン汁 大さじ1
・塩 ひとつまみ
-ハニーコームバター-
・バター 30g
・くるみ 10g
・はちみつ 小さじ1
-パンケーキ-
・卵白 2個分
・リコッタチーズ 50g
・薄力粉 40g
・グラニュー糖 40g
・牛乳 大さじ2
・卵黄 1個
・ベーキングパウダー 3g
・レモン汁 小さじ1/2
・バター 10g

-Honey Comb Butter-
・ 30g Butter
・ 10g Walnut
・ 1 tsp Honey
-Ricotta Cheese-
・ 250ml Milk
・ 50ml Fresh cream
・ 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
・ Salt
-Pan Cake-
・ 2 Egg Whites
・ 50g Ricotta cheese
・ 40g Flour
・ 40g Granulated sugar
・ 2 tbsp Milk
・ 1 Egg Yolk
・ 3g Baking Powder
・ 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
・ 10g Butter
